AO “Transpnevmatika” is a winner of the regional stage of All-Russian competition

AO “Transpnevmatika” took part in the regional stage of the All-Russian competition “Russian organization of the high social effectiveness”, that was carried out during the year according to the direction of the Russian Federation’s Government, and became a holder of prize places in two nominations at once.

The All-Russian competition “Russian organization of the high social effectiveness” is carried out annually from the year 2000 with the participation of the parties of social partnership. The competition is carried out in two stages: on the regional and federal levels. The main measure’s task is a detection of Russian organizations, those achieve the high social effectiveness in solving of social problems, a development of forms of the social partnership in the organizations, an attracting of public attention to importance of solving of social problems on the level of organizations, a detection of the best social projects, a creation of the positive social image.

This year took part in the regional competition’s stage 20 factories and organizations of Nizhniy Novgorod region, those competed in 15 nominations. For examination of the experts gave the competition’s participants the programs on staff’s professional development, on employees’ moneyed assistance, on formation of the healthy lifestyle, on labour protection and on other social-labour tasks. Moreover, the activities of working of the factories and organizations during three years, those preceded the competition, also were taken into account.

According to the results of regional stage of the All-Russian competition took AO “Transpnevmatika” the first place in the nomination “For creation and development of workplaces in organizations of manufacturing sphere” and the second place in the nomination “For the reduction of industrial injuries and professional sickness in the organizations of manufacturing sphere”.

In the nomination “For creation and development of workplaces in organizations of manufacturing sphere” became such appreciation of the factory’s work possible thanks to the co-ordinated actions of all the factory’s collective on all the manufacture’s stages: from purchasing of materials to the shipment of the production to the customer. It is necessary to note separate the work of the manufacturing services of the blank production (plants NN 1, 4, 5), of the mechanical assembly production (plants NN1, 2, 3) and of the manpower service on manufacture’s execution by the staff.

The worthy result in the nomination “For the reduction of industrial injuries and professional sickness in the organizations of manufacturing sphere” is an evidence of the qualitative creation at the factory of the system of labor protection’s control and of effectiveness of the three-stage control method, where are enabled the master staff, the plant’s management and the factory’s management with the trade union’s involvement.

The solemn awarding ceremony of the member organizations of the regional competition’s stage, those took the first and prize places, will take place at the beginning of the year 2020 at the next meeting of Nizhniy Novgorod regional three-stage commission on regulation of social-labour relations. Moreover, the winners of each nomination of the competition’s regional stage will take part in the federal stage. AO “Transpnevmatika” is nominated for participation in the federal competition’s stage in the nomination “For creation and development of workplaces in organizations of manufacturing sphere”.
