System of business management of AO “Transpnevmatika” is concerned as the corresponding to the demands of the Norms of certification (IRIS CertificationTM; 2017) those rely on ISO/TS 22163 in relation to the kinds of activity:

Manufacturing,
Designing and developing,
Maintenance works,

in areas of certification:

03 (Managing),
05 (Auxiliary systems),
06 (Brake system),
19 (Single railway components),
20 (Components, connected with the special processes),

for:

Brake equipment,
compressors,
electric compressors,
compressor aggregates,
blocks of compressed air purification and drying,
hydraulic dampers,
connector sleeves,
other railway components for rolling stock.

The system of quality management of AO “Transpnevmatika” in the case of designing, manufacture, selling and serving in repair and maintenance of brake equipment, compressors, electric compressors, compressor units, dampers for rolling stock of railways and transit is certified on accordance with standard ISO 9001:20015 (GOST R ISO 9001-20015).

The main tasks those are facing the management and all the AO’s collective, nowadays, are:

supporting in operating status, analysis and continuous improvement of the management system,
continuous increasing of processes’ resulting of the management system,
saving of image of the safe partner and of the perspective factory, that produces the production of the proper quality, ensuring the satisfaction of the customer’s and other interested parties’ requirements.

All the production that is manufactured with AO “Transpnevmatika” and is included in “List of component parts of the railway rolling stock, those are subject to certification” (application to the technical regulations TR/TS 001/2011), has certificates of conformity TR/TS. On the production that is included in “List of component parts of the railway rolling stock, those are subject to the avowal of conformity according to own proofs and of the proofs those were received with the participation of the certification authority and (or) of the accredited test laboratory”, as well that is included in “List of component parts of the railway rolling stock, those are subject to the avowal of conformity according to own proofs”, are accepted and registered in System TR/TS the conformity declarations.
