AO “Transpnevmatika” has received an award for the social efficiency at the competition 

On 28th of January, 2026 took place in Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin under the chairmanship of the Deputy Governor of Nizhny Novgorod region Egor Polyakov the first in year 2026 meeting of the regional tripartite commission for regulating of the social and labour relations. In commission’s work took part the representatives of the region’s Government, of unifications of employers and trade unions. The key point in the event’s agenda became the solemn awarding ceremony of the winners and prize-owners of the regional stage of the All-Russian competition “Russian organization of the high social efficiency”. The competition is carried out with Ministry of Labour of RF for defection and encouragement of the best social practices of the organizations of the Russia’s regions. The competition’s purpose is an attraction of the public attention to importance of solving of the social issues on niveau of organizations, detecting of the best social projects, creation of the positive social image.

                   Diplomas to the winners were handed by the Deputy Governor Egor Polyakov, by the Deputy Director General of the Nizhny Novgorod association of industrialists and entrepreneurs (NAPP) Alexander Ovechkin and by the Deputy chairman of Nizhny Novgorod regional union of the organizations of trade unions “Oblsovprof” Michail Orlov.

          AO “Transpnevmatika” has received the diploma for the 3th place in nomination “For creation and developing of the workplaces in the organizations of production sector”, that achievement became the result of the well-built social politics and of the factory’s production and economic activities during three years (from 2022 to 2024 year). In total were submitted on the regional stage 59 applications from 27 organizations.

          “Today received the awards the Nizhny Novgorod companies those pay more attention not only to their projects but also to the people thanks to which those projects’ realization becomes possible. The most important nominations are, in my opinion, dedicated to supporting of the families, the many children parents, to creation of maximal comfortable working conditions for such workers. We also have marked the organizations those instill habits of the Healthy lifestyle to their employees, invest funds in charity, employ the persons with disabilities. I congratulate the collectives of factories-winners! Their examples prove: the high social efficiency is a solid foundation for business. “Investment in the people” and worthy labour conditions affect directly on the productivity, strengthen the reputation and fulfill the long-term factory’s competiveness”, – remarked Egor Polyakov.

Participation at the competition gives the possibilities to the organizations to demonstrate active internal corporative politics, achievements on the working with staff, improvement of the labour conditions and protection, developing of the social partnership, forming of the Healthy lifestyle etc.
