“Leader of the machine-building of Russia in the system of social partnership – 2025” 

On 7th of October, 2025 took place in the conference room of the State corporation “ROSTECH” solemn award ceremony of the winners of industry competition “Leader of the machine-building of Russia in the system of social partnership – 2025”. As the competition’s organizers were “Union of the machine-builders of Russia” and Association of the mechanical engineering trade unions of Russia by support of the Ministry of industry and trade of RF and of the Ministry of Labor and of social protection of RF.

Main competition’s purpose is an attracting attention to resolution of the social and labor issues and a developing of the socially oriented business. For participation in that competition was received the great quantity of requests from the companies of machine-building complex of Russia of the different directions, so as AO “AUTOVAZ”, AO “Ramenskiy electrical engineering plant Energy”, AO “Electroisolite”, AO “Transpnevmatika” and other factories and organizations. With the joint solution of Association and of employers’ unification “Union of Russian machine-builders” dated 01.09.2025 are summarized its results.

The deserved awards received ten factories. It is remarkable that five from them, including AO “Transpnevmatika”, are factories at those act the primary trade union organizations of Russian trade union of the industrial workers. Among the owners of diplomas of the second and third degrees are: AO “Novosibirsk mechanical plant “Iskra”, AO “TRANSPNEVMATIKA”, AO “Instrument engineering design office on behalf of the academician A.G. Shipunov”, AO “Murom instrument-making plant”, OOO “Lugomash”. The special diplomas received: AO “Plant on behalf of V.A. Degtyaryov”, AO “Power machines”. The honorary title “Leader of the machine-building of Russia in the system of social partnership” was assigned to AO “AUTOVAZ”, AO “CHPO on behalf of V.I. Chapaev”, AO “Stary Oskol plant of the automotive electric equipment on behalf of A.M. Mamonov”.

The memorable prize and Diploma of II degree are assigned to the representatives of AO “Transpnevmatika” to the chairman of PPO Turov V.N. and to the director of corporative governance Rudnyaev B.A. The competition’s winners were greeted by the representatives of state and industry organizations: Nicolay Volobuyev, the Deputy Director General of the State Corporation Rostech; Yulia Tsvetkova, the director of Personnel management of SC “Rostech”; Sergei Ivanov, the Executive Director of OOOR “Russian SoyuzMash”; Andrei Fefelov, the chairman of the Association of mechanical engineering trade unions of Russia; Alexei Zhukov, acting chairman of the Russian trade union of the industry workers; Alexander Murushkin, the chairman of All-Russian Electrical trade union.

For participation in the competition was it necessary for the factory to fulfill the following conditions (during year 2024, as wel at the time of documents’ producing): absence of overdue salary arrears; absence in the organization of bankruptcy procedure; workers and employers are not in the state of collective labor dispute; presence and fulfillment of the collective organization’s agreement; absence of the union fees transfer debts, as well other narrow more specialized conditions. Evaluation of the social efficiency and of achievements in the system of social partnership was fulfilled on the basis of analysis of the materials those were presented by the competition’s participants, according to the point system. The applicants to prize-winning places in each competition’s nomination were determined with the ranking of total points’ amount by all measures.
