The units are intended for applying on the electric locomotives and on railways’ motor-car rolling stock as a compressed air source for pantograph’s lifting.

At the same time is allowed the units’ applying on other objects and by supply for export, as a compressed air source, where the application conditions correspond to the conditions, those are stipulated in technical specifications and in the manual guide of this aggregate. Advantages before the oil-filled compressors: simplicity of aggregate’s construction, great working cycle, low price of spare parts and servicing, lesser noise and vibration.
