On 30^th of July, 1853 was started up Tashino ironwork. This date became a reference point in the AO “Transpnevmatika”’s history. Although the plant consisted of one blast furnace, but in the first decade it delivered annually up to 160 000 poods of cast iron. Such iron casting, as the pans, pots, oven items also was produced. The orders for casting of the pattered fences, gravestones, items for the stairs etc. also were fulfilled.
