Connector sleeve R60

Designation The connector sleeves are  intended for flexible connection of the brake system’s composition with the purpose of air feed with the pressure up to 1,0 MPa.
Application railway rolling stock.
Note are fabricated in accordance with TU 3020-573-05744521-2018.
Distinctive features the sleeves consist of conjunctive fittings (nozzles type 1/type 2/type 3, crimping bushings, captive nuts, O-ring), connector sleeve with the internal diameter DN. Can be completed with the guards from mechanical and temperature effects and with the insulation ring.

Sleeve’s reference designation:

R60-H1.H2H3.H4.H5.H6, where

H1 is a nominal integral diameter, mm – 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, 25 (see drawing 1);

H2 is a nozzle’s type from one sleeve’s end – 1, 2, 3 (see drawing 1);

H3 is a nozzle’s type from another sleeve’s end – 1, 2, 3 (see drawing 1);

H4 is an angle of nozzles’ mutual bracing from 15 to 345º with the interval 15º (see drawing 2). Angle of nozzles’ mutual bracing is not indicated, if there is not a turn or the turn is equal to zero;

H5 is a presence of the guard – 0 is absent, 1 – from the temperature effects, 2 – from the mechanical effects, 3 – from the temperature and mechanical effects (see drawing 3);

H6 is a sleeve’s length from 150 to 5000mm with the interval 10 mm.

For ordering of the sleeves with insulation ring in the end of reference designation is indicated the index “I”.

Example of the note by the ordering of the sleeve R60 with nominal integral diameter of the rubber hose 8 mm, from both the sleeve’s sides are installed the nozzles type 3 (drawing 1), angle of nozzles’ mutual bracing is 270º (drawing 2), without presence of the guard from the temperature and mechanical effects, sleeve length is 2100 mm:
